Cindy Reifsnider leads the Research and Impact Team for Innovate Carolina and for the UNC-Chapel Hill Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC), providing research support for staff and projects. She oversees the patent landscaping and market research service (lead patent researcher) and assists researchers and entrepreneurs in developing technology strategy. Cindy manages UNC-Chapel Hill’s startup impact database to track progress of the commercial and social success of University-born firms and its Innovation and Entrepreneurship operational database. She is knowledgeable in multiple types of information research and analysis, including patents, scientific/technical literature, business and markets.
