What data do we collect?
RFI collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (email address)

You directly provide RFI with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online
- Transact with our application by making a forecast or comment, or perform other functions
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
How will we use your data?
RFI collects your data so that we can:
- Process your forecasts or comments for reporting purposes
- Email you with program updates, events, or relevant system alerts
If you agree, RFI will share your data with our partner companies so that we may conduct additional analytics on user behavior and application performance.

How do we store your data?
RFI securely stores your data at an Amazon AWS datacenter in the state of Virginia in the United States.
RFI will keep your data for 1 year following the end of the performance period of this project.
What are your data protection rights?
RFI would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
– You have the right to request RFI for copies of your personal data.
– You have the right to request that RFI correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request RFI to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
– You have the right to request that RFI erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
– You have the right to request that RFI restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
– You have the right to object to RFI’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
– You have the right to request that RFI transfer the data that we have collected directly to you, under certain conditions.
