Because the IBM Q System One is an important step in the commercialization of "quantum computing", this system is considered vital in bringing quantum computing beyond the walls of research laboratories, as IBM works to develop practical quantum applications to include the commercial and scientific sectors.
What reinforces my conviction is that since the introduction of the IBM Q System One, IBM's stock on the New York Stock Exchange has jumped more than two points since January 8, 2019, and has maintained its rise.
