He seems to be 'untouchable', alot like Donald Trump, although I'm not sure why. ? Almost as though he has some sort of super powers or maybe made a pact w the devil. I'd guess that people fear him, mainly due to his money. He's apparently killed well has had people killed & hasn't had to answer for any wrong he has done. I think people are intimidated by him & some almost worship him. It reminds me alot of Kim Jung Yu & of course Hitler. Maybe they are related somehow. I think alot of people are afraid of change, they may want someone new & are sick of Putin, but don't want to be left w someone not as qualified or may mess things up & make their country look bad or do badly. So they decide to just stay w him, atleast they know what to expect & will just bow their heads in compliance & acceptance.
