I am a rising second-year candidate for a Master's of Public Administration at Cornell concentrating in Science, Technology and Infrastructure Policy and attending upon a Foreign Language and Areas Studies Fellowship (2019-2021) for Cambodia/Khmer. I also graduated in 2019 with a B.S. from Cornell in Materials Science & Engineering.

My professional goal is to promote sustainable and community-driven infrastructure and technology in Cambodia and Southeast Asia as whole. I focus on finance mechanisms for development, innovation and environmental conservation.
