The recognition of Israel has been a hot topic recently, especially in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia has the highest chance of recognizing Israel as a country because of its close ties with the nation. However, recognizing Israel could have serious economic, military, and political detriments for these countries.

My First Question
Congratulations on making your first forecast!
NASA is planning to put the first woman on the moon by 2024. I said that there is a 70% chance that this will occur because due to national spending, projects like this oftentimes get cut.
I am afraid this is misleading: first, Artemis II is currently scheduled for launch in November 2024, i.e. way out of the question timeline; second, it is not planned to land on the moon, just enter orbit, so it would not satisfy the requirements here, even if it was within the timeline: https://phys.org/news/2023-03-nasa-artemis-mission-moon-november.html
