Why do you think you're right?
The access to talent and lackluster response to previous relocation offers are important indicators for remaining. Closing without the people to continue operations would be a bad business move. This could prove an effective argument against government pressure to close if geopolitical tensions rise
Why might you be wrong?
Recent relocation offers indicate serious intent to move if feasible. Geopolitical tensions are not likely to lower. I'm assessing the potential that they will build relocation facilities in other areas that might prove more attractive to the current workforce or provide an appropriate talent pool.
