Why do you think you're right?
Confirm previous thoughts ... age-related natural death/disability (heart attack/stroke/etc), or death/disability by terrorist/Ukrainian assassination by bomb/rocket/etc the only reason for not remaining in office - as the vast bulk of the Russian population and all layers of power structures back Putin.

Why might you be wrong?
There is a slim chance a group within Russia may be bought off by the west - but if they removed Putin, and perhaps kidnapped him to the west - they would be quickly replaced by Putin loyalists such as Medvedev, Lavrov and Mishustin who would essentially continue Putin's policies in Putin's absence, although probably more hardline
