The worsening situation in the Ukraine, repeated threats by Russia's president Putin to use nuclear weapons, new countries considering the join NATO. The Ukraine war interacting with other geopolitical tensions/conflicts, e.g. Taiwan, Iran, North Korea.  These issues are interdependent, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine affects decision-making in other security domains, increasing geopolitical instability and the potential of WW3.
