Putin's hold on Russia seems to be such that only his own death will relinquish it. While there are some indications of Putin's actual support level (Prigozhin's rebellion met with no resistance from the civilian population, not even catcalls or other harassment) there doesn't seem to be any reason to think that Putin himself is threatened. Age or disease are likely the only threat Putin's rule actually faces.

Putin's hold on Russia seems to be such that only his own death will relinquish it. While there are some indications of Putin's actual support level (Prigozhin's rebellion met with no resistance from the civilian population and the more recent suppressed election protests) there doesn't seem to be any reason to think that Putin himself is threatened. Age or disease are likely the only threat Putin's rule actually faces.
