TSMC's capacity is in short supply and mostly spoken for especially in the closest quarters. The US has the dominant semi design companies using TSMC including Apple, AMD, Nvidia etc. There is all the reason to believe the % of North America will increase rather than decrease.
Why might you be wrong?
Major data center build in Europe could be a reason. It will still be US buyers but they could be buying in other regions.
