The forecast still remains the same because things have not changed in that region since the question was posted. 

I am sticking with the previous forecast because things have not changed in that region since the last time. 

My previous forecast still stands because Putin has become a god-like figure in Russia. Most citizens, besides the opposition, view Putin as their shield against the Western encroachment.

Nothing has really changed in the region other than the normal dictatorial and socialistic moves by the Venezuelan president, so I will stick to my previous forecast.

I am sticking to my previous forecast because China has been trying to act like the world's peace negotiator, so acting irrationally in the region would contradict that move.
